HC dismisses writ over 12th national election schedule

The High Court on Monday dismissed a writ petition seeking postponement of announced election schedule for the 12th parliamentary election and challenging its legality.

A High Court bench comprising Justice Mustafa Zaman Islam and Justice Md Atabullah passed the order.

Earlier on November 29, Advocate Md Yunus Ali Akanda filed the writ petition.
